The first week is all about preparing for the whole foods detox (which begins in week 2). You'll set yourself up for success by learning simple, doable strategies to prepare your body and your kitchen!

You’ll leave with my top tips for sugar detox success, clarity around what to eat (and what not eat) over the next 21 days, along with plenty of recipe resources, and a kitchen full of healthy, sugar detox-approved foods!

This is week 1 of the detox! I’ll break down in easy-to-understand pieces how blood sugar affects your weight, hormones, mood and energy. If you’ve ever struggled to lose weight or stay energized throughout the day (🙋‍♀️), this is where you’ll learn how to take control.

You’ll leave week two with a changed way of thinking about your eating habits and a sense of control over how you feel day to day.

You’ll leave week three with actionable steps you can implement right away to support your gut health.

FAQs

I provide 3 weekly meal plans for anyone who wants them. You do not have to use the meal plans, they are optional. You will also be given foods lists and recipe resources you can use as a jumping off point to create your own meal plan. (I do strongly encourage you to meal plan to be the most successful)

Well, you already know cakes and pastries are getting the boot. But we’re eliminating some less-obvious things as well, like most fruits, pasta, and certain condiments. You’ll become an expert at reading food labels and spotting sneaky sugars. ;)

If you think you might get confused, don’t worry! You’ll receive a comprehensive food list of “what to eat” and “what not to eat” during week 1, and we’ll go over it all on our first group call.

No! The sugar detox is 21 days (weeks 2-5). Other weeks of the program will focus on preparing for the detox, education, and continued support.

While you might go in with a specific goal in mind, most women end up experiencing SO many more positive results than they expected going in! A few of these include weight loss, increased energy, improved focus, mental clarity, a stable mood, and better sleep.

This program follows a roadmap to help you feel amazing in your body and mind, change the way you view and relate to food, and feel empowered by giving you more control over how you feel every day.
